Marcegaglia, entre los ganadores de los Premios Mundiales de la Excelencia en Acero 2020<\/span><\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Con motivo de la celebraci\u00f3n de los\u00a0\u00abPremios Mundiales de la Excelencia en Acero 2020\u00bb<\/strong>, patrocinados por Fastmarkets, Marcegaglia Ravenna se present\u00f3 con 5 candidaturas en tres categor\u00edas diferentes, con dos proyectos innovadores:\u00a0Tensil Pro<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0Smart Line<\/strong>. El primero se cre\u00f3 y desarroll\u00f3 totalmente por Marcegaglia Ravenna, el segundo es el resultado de una fruct\u00edfera colaboraci\u00f3n con Fives.La ceremonia de premios se celebr\u00f3 el pasado 24 de julio, en conexi\u00f3n desde Nueva York.<\/p>\n

Marcegaglia Ravenna gan\u00f3 el premio a los\u00a0\u00abMejores avances operativos\u00bb<\/strong>, mientras que el d\u00fao Fives + Marcegaglia gan\u00f3 en la categor\u00eda de\u00a0\u00abServicios de Tecnolog\u00eda de la Informaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Estos premios son el resultado del papel estrat\u00e9gico que ha tenido el departamento de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo del Grupo Marcegaglia en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, centrado en la\u00a0mejora continua de los procesos<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras<\/strong>. Durante cinco a\u00f1os, se ha puesto en pr\u00e1ctica una estructura de I+D en la planta de Ravena, basada en las habilidades de equipos de excelencia que apoyan la ingenier\u00eda de proceso con el fin de mejorar el \u00e1rea de producci\u00f3n y buscar soluciones de producto adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente.<\/p>\n

Tensil Pro<\/strong>\u00a0es un sistema de detecci\u00f3n\u00a0online<\/em>\u00a0de las caracter\u00edsticas mec\u00e1nicas de los materiales. Se cre\u00f3 para mejorar la calidad del producto y la eficiencia del proceso. Tensil Pro se aplica a todos los materiales met\u00e1licos, a todos los aceros magn\u00e9ticos y no magn\u00e9ticos, al aluminio o a las aleaciones de cobre, desde el proceso de laminado en caliente.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado,\u00a0Smart Line<\/strong>\u00a0naci\u00f3 de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre Marcegaglia y Fives, de la combinaci\u00f3n de la amplia experiencia de Tensil Pro y Fives en la automatizaci\u00f3n industrial. Smart Line integra todos los procesos de producci\u00f3n de transformaci\u00f3n de la bobina desde el laminado en caliente hasta el producto acabado.<\/p>\n

Tensil Pro y Smart Line permiten\u00a0mejorar los costes de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0gracias al ahorro de energ\u00eda y al aumento de la productividad, obteniendo una mayor homogeneidad de las caracter\u00edsticas mec\u00e1nicas (especialmente, del sector de la automoci\u00f3n), para estudiar las tendencias de calidad y proceso seg\u00fan el material utilizado (y as\u00ed atenuar las diferencias entre los distintos proveedores y fabricantes de acero).<\/p>\n
